REMODELING – CONTRACTING PROCESS

Remodeling can be complex and full of unknown challenges, but it doesn’t have to be. At Finest Touch Solutions Corp, our goal is to remove the stress and guide you with clear, professional advice at every step. STEP 1: CONSULTATION & PLANNING

We start every project with a one-on-one consultation to go over:

What you'd like to remodel or improve
Your vision, style, and family needs
Initial measurements and site notes

This helps us determine if we’re a good match

for your project and gives us everything we

need to move forward with a proposal.

STEP 2: SELECTIONS & ESTIMATE

Next, you’ll select the features and finishes for your project, including:

Flooring
Cabinetry
Lighting & fixtures
Doors & millwork
And more, depending on your scope

These choices help us build a detailed and accurate

estimate. Once complete, we’ll email your

proposal for review and approval. Once approved

and signed, you’ll receive a copy for your records.

STEP 3: DESIGN & DRAWINGS

If your project includes additions or structural changes, we’ll need blueprints or design drawings. You can choose to work with our in-house designer or use your own. If architectural or engineering drawings are required, we’ll help coordinate the process.

Depending on complexity, this step may take a few days to a few weeks.

STEP 4: PERMIT APPLICATION

After final approval of your design/blueprints, we’ll:

File for the necessary city or county permits
Permit approvals can take up to 30 days, depending on your location

Once permits are in progress, we’ll begin scheduling your project timeline.

STEP 5: CONSTRUCTION & PRODUCTION

Once permits are approved, we’ll:

Confirm a start date
Share a clear construction schedule

Throughout the project, you can expect:

Weekly walk-throughs to share updates and gather your feedback
A clean job site at the end of each workday
A respectful, courteous crew committed to staying on schedule

Our team will keep you informed every step of the way.

STEP 6: PROJECT COMPLETION

Before we finish, we’ll complete a final walkthrough with a completion checklist to ensure all details meet your expectations and contract.

Your project is considered complete when you are fully satisfied.

Even after we wrap up, we remain available for any follow-up questions, concerns, or additional support you may need.
