Terms and Conditions For  (Property Maintenance Subscription)​

 

Welcome to Finest Touch Solutions Corp. This document outlines the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) for the Yearly Coverage Plan (the “Plan”) offered to new and existing customers (the “Customer”). By enrolling in the Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Notes:

These Florida-specific Terms are intended to comply with Florida law, including consumer protection and licensing requirements applicable to home improvement and contracting services. If any term here conflicts with a mandatory Florida statute, the statute will govern to the extent required by law.

 

1. Plan Overview

Name: Yearly Coverage Plan (Property Maintenance Subscription)

 

Eligible Customers:

New and Existing Customers.

 

Service Window:

Standard visits occur during business hours; scheduling aims for a 24–48-hour response time.

 

Service Cap:

Limited to 10 hours of service per year per household.

 

Visit Cap:

Each request is limited to 2.5 hours per visit with one technician.

 

Scope of Work:

Includes paint touchups and minor repairs for flooring, carpentry, or drywall; picture frame hanging and mirror mounting; pressure washing (with emphasis on high-traffic areas and delicate surfaces); light fixture installation; kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet installation or replacement.

 

Non-Guaranteed Scheduling:

Plan prioritizes scheduling and response times but does not guarantee immediate same-day service.

 

2. Florida-Specific Licensing and Compliance:

Licensed Work:

Finest Touch Solutions Corp is a licensed, state-certified general contracting company to perform applicable work as defined by Florida law. Any work that requires a license beyond the Plan scope (e.g., major electrical, plumbing beyond minor repairs, structural work) will be quoted separately and may require licensing compliance, permits, and inspections as required by Florida statutes and local ordinances.

 

Permit Handling:

Where required by Florida law, permits will be pursued by Finest Touch Solutions Corp at the Customer’s expense and in compliance with local building departments.

 

Consumer Protection:

In addition to these Terms, Florida items governing home improvement contracts (as applicable) may apply, including written contracts for improvements exceeding statutory thresholds and statutory cooling-off rights where applicable.

 

3. Enrollment and Activation:

The Plan becomes active on the date selected during enrollment.

 

One Plan per Household:

Only one yearly subscription is permitted per household, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Finest Touch Solutions Corp.

 

4. Fees and Payment:

The Plan starts at $450 for 12 months from activation.

Due at enrollment/activation as specified by Finest Touch Solutions Corp.

The $450 plan covers labor only. Any parts or materials required will be billed at cost.

There are no additional charges beyond the labor-based fee; any parts/materials are billed at cost, as described.

 

Non-Transferability:

The Plan is not transferable to new owners of the property.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

You may cancel the Plan at any time with notice before your next billing cycle.

Services already scheduled will be honored; there will be no refunds for unused time. There will not be any rollover for unused time per policy.

 

6. Renewal Will be Automatic:

The Plan renews automatically at the end of the 12-month term.

Customers will receive a reminder 30 days before renewal and will have a choice to renew or opt out of automatic renewal.

 

Price Changes:

Any change to the renewal price will be communicated prior to renewal in accordance with applicable laws and will require affirmative customer action to proceed if price changes are made.

 

7. Warranties and Limitations:

Services performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Materials and parts supplied are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranties, as applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finest Touch Solutions Corp will not be liable for any claims arising out of any work that is not related to the work that was provided. This Plan is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Plan during the 12-month term in which the claim arises.

 

Exclusions:

This Plan does not cover structural repairs, major renovations, electrical work requiring a permit beyond the Plan scope, plumbing beyond minor repairs as defined by the Plan, or services outside the defined scope unless separately quoted.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

Provide reasonable access, entry instructions, and any necessary safety instructions for technicians. Provide timely information and approvals to facilitate scheduling and service delivery. Ensure the work area is safe and prepared for service.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We will collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy to administer the Plan and provide services.

 

Access Information:

You may provide contact methods and access instructions for the team; you may update these as needed.

10. Dispute Resolution Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as allowed by Florida law, before pursuing any court action. Venue and Jurisdiction:

Any civil action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in [County], Florida, to the extent permitted by law.

 

11. Changes to Terms and Right to Amend:

Finest Touch Solutions Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms, with notice to customers where required by law. Continued use of the Plan after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

12. Important Florida Consumer Information and 

Home Improvement Contracts:

If applicable, Florida has specific disclosure and contract requirements for home improvements, including written contracts for certain projects and clear pricing. This Plan is provided in a written form and includes the essential terms described herein.

 

 

Cooling-Off Rights:

Florida does not generally provide a broad cooling-off period for home improvement contracts except in certain credit-related transactions or door-to-door sales contexts. If a cooling-off right applies to your transaction, it will be described in a separate written document.

 

13. Enrollment Acknowledgement

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the accompanying Enrollment Form and Service Agreement.
